The dinners At The Lodge series continued with a magical evening hosted by the inedible vegan chef Stephan McCarty and wife Tracy Conti of Prism Of Threads. The Autumnal Harvest supper featured organic vegan seasonal fare & a sneak peak at the Prism of Threads + Naked Eye Beauty scent & soap collaboration.
The event was attended by some beautiful locals and fans of Prism of Threads such as Stefani of La Tierra Sagrada, Sherries Lee of The Radder, who has an inspiring blog and also curates beautiful events. Chef Scott Winegard of M.A.K.E. and Chef Greg Arnold of Mesa Verde, Santa Barbara A Santa Barbara based restaurant.

- Appetizer - Shiitake risotto croquettes with black lentil sauce & roasted red pepper.
- Salad - Shaved fennel, granny smith, massaged kale. Hemp-tahini dressing & pomegranate seeds.
- Main - Autumn vegetable pot pie with roasted cauliflower & spelt-coconut crust. Mashed parsnips with roasted garlic & grilled beet greens.
- Dessert - Chai pumpkin raw vegan cheesecake and chocolate goji raw vegan cheesecake with coconut cream.
