LUX / DECOR > Lodge bedroom, before and after

Desanka Fasiska

Going to take you on a little trip back in time to see how it all began and how it came together to create LUX / LODGE! First stop, the bedroom (cuz why not?) This is the first of a new before and after series so check back here at LUX / EROS to see more of Before & After at The Lodge!

BEFORE

Phase 1: Demo in the bedroom. We ripped up the gross carpets and opened up the slanted walls to make the room more airy and light.

The room originally had built-in cabinets with a sink basin and a water closet that blocked a window with a view of a big tree. We tore that all down and moved it to the other side of the room to give it a treehouse vibe!

We worked the closet situation out too... but that's for another post!

AFTER

As you can see the room opened up and became so bright! We added an exposed bathtub in the big window so it feels like you're taking a bath in the trees! Don't worry it's super private.
