LUX / EROS products are made to order and imperfections are inherent to the beauty of the products. However, if in the unlucky event that the return / exchange is made due to the following issues: broken or damaged product or if we have shipped you the wrong item - LUX / EROS will gladly absorb the shipping cost pertaining to returns and the replacement of items (if acceptable). Because of the handmade to order / one of a kind nature of our products, LUX / EROS can not accept returns for arbitrary reasons or variances in the online photo of the product including: size, color variances or styling (Lips, studs or other handmade applications.)
Returns for credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from receipt of the authorized item. LUX / EROS will provide a return slip for your package. Once we have received the damaged item we will begin working on your replacement item. Because all products are handmade to order (we do not keep and product stocked) please allow the 4-6 week time frame for the product to be remade. It may take up to two monthly cycles for the return charge to appear on your credit card statement.
